In recent history, Japan has had a tremendous growth both economically and diplomatically making it among the leading nations in Asia. The growth has occurred over the last few decades, and that is the reason that most of Japanese history is based on the recent past. Japan enjoys world-class technology that has contributed to economic success and innovation. It has led to making Japan a hub for technology in the whole world, exporting most of its technological developments abroad. Most rulers in Japan came from distinct families that have been in leadership before; they are from different cultures within the country. As a result, most of the Japanese history has been based on the leadership of some elite families who have been in power for decades. However, diplomacy is used during the elections and only the viable leaders are accepted. This has played a crucial part in shaping the moral governance in Japan by the formation of a strong government with competent leaders. In early years, most leaders who were chosen were males, and the trend has continued up to the present. The Japanese government has an extremely small percentage of female leaders, but that does not affect the effectiveness of the cabinet. Japan’s recent history has been molded by its cordial relations with other countries, including the United States; most of those relations are mutual.
Japan has enjoyed an economic boom recently that has influenced many countries especially due to their innovation times. Good governance has also played a significant role in the success of the country and international relations.
